If it passes we are opening the door for any one person to have their private email, banking, medical information, etc available for access without warrant. The average person might say, I don't care, I have nothing to hide. But imagine, in this boiling political landscape where the average person complains about their government as often as the traffic on the way to their job, that you send your friend an email complaining about the president and use words that might be considered treasonous or an act of terror. You may become a target. It's the patriot act on steroids. It is one step closer to a Minority Report system where we are all guilty until proven innocent. Justice will no longer be peaking from behind the blindfold. She will be tearing the blindfold away from her face.
